Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of ViralSpinAI Scheduling (the “Service”), an online booking platform operated by ViralSpinAI. By creating an account or connecting a calendar you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
ViralSpinAI Scheduling gives you a branded booking page at yourname.viralspin.ai/book where
your clients can book appointments with you. It reads your calendar availability so the times offered are
times you are actually free, and emails confirmations to you and your client when a booking is made.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your booking page and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for honouring the appointments booked through your page.
3. Google Calendar access
If you connect a Google account, the Service requests read-only access to your Google
Calendar (calendar.readonly). It reads your busy/free times for one purpose: to determine which
slots your public booking page should offer, so you are not double-booked. The Service does not create,
edit or delete calendar events.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time in your account, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
4. Fees and cancellation
The Service is billed at a flat monthly subscription, charged in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. There are no per-booking fees. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not pro-rate partial months. Prices may change on notice to you.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to book or advertise unlawful services.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk email through the Service.
- Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Do not impersonate another business or misrepresent your identity on your booking page.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of your logo, copy and other material you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it on your booking page for as long as your account is active.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for bookings missed as a result of downtime, calendar sync delay, or email delivery failure.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where required by law. On termination your booking page stops serving and stored Google tokens are deleted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
