Privacy Policy — ViralSpinAI

Google, YouTube & Google Calendar data usage

Booking availability (calendar.readonly). ViralSpinAI Scheduling requests read-only access to your Google Calendar. We read only the busy/free times on your calendar, and only to decide which slots your public booking page should offer, so that you are never double-booked. We do not create, edit or delete events, and we never sell or transfer this data. Disconnecting your calendar stops the access immediately.

Google Photos B-roll (photospicker.mediaitems.readonly). ViralSpinAI opens Google’s own Picker so you can choose your own photos and videos to use as B-roll in the video you are editing. We receive only the items you select in that picker — never your whole library — and use them solely to build your video. We do not browse, index or scan your library, and we do not write anything back to Google Photos.

Limited Use. ViralSpinAI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. No human reads it except with your permission, to resolve a support issue you raised, for security, or where required by law.

Revoking access. Disconnect inside ViralSpinAI, or revoke directly from Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google’s own handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
